Summer has passed, Fall has come. EMBRACE it.

taken at our favorite local beach spot, on Anna Maria

Just like the waves come up and wash away, alas, summer is truly gone. Here in Florida, it still may feel like it when I take a step outside, but people around me keep talking about how excited they are for fall. Oh, the scents, the holiday parties, the cool weather!
And I love fall too. I had my first pumpkin pie slice of the season last night and oh, how amazing it was.
In my heart, I was sad to see summer go.
I think this is one of the first summers I've really enjoyed the heat and sunshine. I was always quick to love fall and Christmas, and I still do...
but is Fall really here?!
Boots are cute, but I'm not ready to put away my sun dresses :(

Maybe it's just cuz this summer has been one of the most relaxing joy-filled summers ever. I mean starting it off by
1. getting married ... uh-mazing!
2. visiting the country of my dreams with the one I love most.
3. Moving into our first home.
& many more...

We've had a WONDERFUL start to Fall as well!
and I will be writing about the details soon in another post.

Mostly, we are so thankful for all the miracles and blessings God's showered on us this summer. :))

It's sad to kiss it good-bye, but there's a great season ahead.
so bring on the autumn!
